Contact Wabi-Sabi Workshops

You can find a lot of helpful information regarding our In-Person Leading Classes below. If you still have questions, please reach out to us.

Our workshop and our home is on the same property so we welcome you not only as students, but guests as well. We have two dogs Yoda and Pearl, who like to bark but both are harmless.

Classes are from 9-6 with lunch and snacks provided.

Please bring the following to class: your pre-cut glass, extra glass, cutter, dykes/nippers, grozing pliers, your pattern to build upon, a work apron and soldering iron. Wear closed-toe comfortable shoes. Wabi-Sabi Workshops will provide the solder, glazing compound, reinforcement (if needed), lead, and a (utilitarian) wooden frame. If you need any of these tools we highly recommend Guy Somers at Mongo's Art Glass (artglassville.com) He's a third generation stained glass artisan, and will always give you better prices and service than any other “big box” supplier. Be sure to tell him that you're a Wabi-Sabi student.

The designs available to download upon reserving your class have been meticulously crafted specifically for our course to ensure that every student is challenged, but also able to successfully complete the panel within the 2 days.

Please use the form below if you have any questions regarding the workshop prior to reserving your dates.

Definitely would recommend taking a workshop at Wabi-Sabi Workshops. Michael has been doing lead light work for 40 years— nothing compares from learning by an experienced person that can explain things and offers tips, tricks and ways of working that you can carry forward in your own lead came practice.
